On the night before paranormal investigator PHOEBE is about to move town to investigate stories of strange goings on in the township of Vinegar Hill, she visits her cousin and best friend, LEANNE. After a night of wine and fine food, Leanne , a psychic, warns Phoebe not to leave town, that she feels something terrible might happen. Ignoring the warning, Phoebe pushes on and her path collides head on with a couple of paranormal entities who not only give her the scare of her life, but foreshadow something even deadlier in Phoebe's future.
